Our final-year students are offered a wonderful culinary course, in which,
travelling the globe with Jules Verne’s characters,
they discover the history of pudding, fish and chips,
onion soup and pot-au-feu,
and cook together with chefs
from the world-famous French culinary school ‘Le Cordon Bleu’.
They also get to grow herbs, vegetables,
fruits and berries in our own garden
and pay visits to our bakery.
